Q
Please feel free to ask any questions you have about real farmers! What is the most technically difficult or nerve-wracking work involved in growing delicious crops?
A
Thank you for your question! Well... I guess it's called ``knowing the season.'' It goes without saying that crops don't grow overnight. That's why I prepare everything, including sowing seeds, so that the fruit will ripen according to the season. Also, if you miss the timing of harvesting, you will miss out on the best season...which means you will miss out on the most delicious time, which is not good for those who eat it. Know the season of the crop, count backwards to grow it, and pick the fruit when it's at its best. It seems easy, but it's difficult...I think that's what knowing the season is all about.
